Greggs — Restaurant in Borough of Pendle

Can't fault greggs in nelson, very busy every time I visit, but the staff are always smiling, very helpful well turned out. has the feeling of a local meeting place. The manager kay I belive looks like she leads from the front, which definitely shows, customer service is so important to most of us and when we find it we tend to return.

Shame it's such a small shop with limited seating

Greggs is just Greggs! The staff are always polite and friendly. Recently visited Lytham same customer service I've come to expect. Prices aren't bad and there's plenty of choice from the healthy to the less healthy options. The sandwich I wanted wasn't available so one was made - but this was a quiet Sunday. I don't eat cakes but I'm told that they're delicious. ? The drinks are good and include some specialty teas....
