Decided to try again after picking my daughter up from Nursery for a little hot chocolate treat. Rather than use the drive through I decided to sit in. Asian chap on the drive thru was sarcastic, argumentative and snappy. Left us waiting almost 10 minutes, refused to answer the microphone at the order point resulting in us driving up to the window to place our order. Told us to wait even longer as he was "busy". Ignored by other team members. Left without a coffee and drove to the Blackburn store instead. Will be avoiding in future. I have also emailed EG group to raise a complaint and would urge other people to do the same.
