The Green Man — Restaurant in Braintree

Stayed with friends in the village this weekend and had such a fantastic time at The Green Man. It is so clear to see how much the new landlords care about the experience of the customer. The food is homemade, with very generous portions. There are a good range of drinks served with good tasty beer and great wine - especially the local Toppesfield Bacchus. The pub is clean and well kept. The absolute gem has to be the beautiful beer garden which has stunning countryside views and a large area for children to run around and play in. Huge congratulations to the new management team, so nice to see friendly faces...
