Tesco Cafe — Restaurant in Breckland District

I am a regular customer here as I get some lunch after I do my shopping. My normal score would be 5 stars however,today I am bitterly disappointed. Not only did I get a cheese and tomato toastie instead of the omelette I ordered I then had to wait at the till for another 5 minutes while the omelette was done before I could pay and be drinking my cup of tea. To add insult to injury the omelette and beans were stone cold. Hooray for the hot slice of toast. On top of that I also had to ask for butter to spread on said piece of toast. 1 star is 1...

We usually stop for coffee when shopping here. There's also a good selection of snacks, from cakes to mini-meals. The coffee is always nice. It does get busy so be prepared for a queue at lunchtimes. Space is tight so we try not to bring our trolley in. Tables aren't as clean as they used to be. And the drinks menu has changed so it's not clear what size to ask for. I ordered a "regular", was charged for a "large" and billed for a "medium". Confused? Me too! Even the assistant couldn't...
