Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Bristol

I placed an online order for delivery. Pizza was undercooked but edible but the cookie was over cooked, borderline burt around the edge and very very dry. I phoned up and requested a new one to be sent out and the manager agreed but said it would be 2h and 20 minutes, I gave my address and we hung up. The manager then phoned back within 15 seconds of hanging up and he rang his area manger (not possible within 15 seconds and I dont appreciate being lied to) saying that they need to collect the cookie before they can send out a new one. you have to be very lucky to receive a decent service here, they cant cope with orders on slightly busier nights, just had a delivery, turned out it was someone elses, by the time i realised, the driver was gone, i called the branch and they sent him back.... only to collect what he delivered but mine was still missing, had to call the branch again where the person on the phone kept shouting at me calling me 'brother' and 'boss' and said he would cancel the order and i should have my money back in 15-20 days.... after i insisted this is not good enough he hung up on me, so i called again, then he called his area manager who authorised for cash to be delivered to me, no apology was made at any point,...

Amazing service for someone like me who got there 1 minute before closing unexpectedly on a Sunday night! Sorted my pizza out, helped me decide and I had a super fresh piping hot pizza ready to go when they really didn’t have to do it for me at all.

On top of that their vegan pizzas are amazing, so tasty and made so quick, reasonably priced too. Would definitely recommend! :). Thanks to Jeff the guy...
