B24 Cafe — Restaurant in Broadland

I came here as a paying customer, bought a coffee and another drink with a sandwich from another business in my hand. I hadn’t said I was going to eat this sandwich nor had even opened it. I sat down and the lady who served my drinks rudely come up to me in front of everybody and loudly said ‘you aren’t eating that in here’ to which I replied that it wasn’t my intention to. She then went on to say ‘don’t even think about sitting outside on the bench either’ and as a paying customer I found this very rude and humiliating in front of everyone. I wouldn’t have minded if it was politely said to me and I would’ve been able to explain I wasn’t going to eat this yet. (It was for my lunch later on). Overall as a customer who was rudely humiliated and spoke to very poorly I would not recommend simply for the appalling...

Went to the Concorde Road branch as needed somewhere to sit for a few hours whilst my car was serviced around the corner. Had a lovely Sausage, Egg and Mushroom Bap and cup of tea. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Explained that I didn't know how long I would be as the car needed a good check over and they said "No problem, take as long as you need" Had a few cups of coffee and delicious Banana Loaf, found a comfy seat and waited it out. As it approached 2pm, I said that I still hadn't heard from the garage, the great staff said that they shut at 2pm but I was okay to sit in whilst they hoovered up and tidied up! Luckily I had the phone call from the garage just before 2pm. All in all, great service, lovely food and I will definitely be coming back!...

I had cheese burger and chips from B-24 cafe.. the only thing I had to eat that day.. 6 hours later I have food poison. Quite bad too, have had to take today and possibly Tomorrow off work. I gave them a quick curtesy call to let then know and had it thrown straight back in my face. "No you wouldn't have food poison from that" (you 100% can get it from beef) and "you must be intolerant to something " being intolerant wouldn't give me the symptoms of food poison.. sick all throughout the night and not able to leave the toilet. Bed bound today and only just able to sip water..

I recommend avoiding any meat from this cafe as they clearly have a very care free attitude towards it being...
