Ordered a cappuccino, a tea, cheese scone, and an apricot flapjack. The flapjack arrived at our table with a huge hair in it, and was going all the way through the flapjack it was actually stuck to the apricot jam inside the flapjack. I took this straight back to get it changed. The lady at the till was like, im so sorry about that. She then got me another piece. The lady with dark her was washing up and looked at me so rudely and in disgust. This is not the first time this has happened to me. We often come to the cafe as we visit my mums grave down the road. The manager Christine has had to remind staff before about this and kindly gave us a free lunch for the other times we had issues with our purchases. The hygiene is just not there from the staff. Visited this fantastic garden centre and camping "superstore" whilst on holiday! Brilliant place to visit if you're into this sort of thing!
Decided to try the "Butterflies Cafe". Firstly almost every table needed clearing. A right mess but decided to have just a sandwich.
Was served a bog standard 2 slice stale ham and pickle sandwich with a few soft crisps. Partner had egg and cress - again stale with soft crisps! £16 for 4 sandwiches!!!! Jaded, untidy staff that have absolutely no pride in their job!
Complained to a member of staff in the main shop who stated the cafe was nothing to do with the main camping shop and that she hears complaints about the cafe "all the time"
Easily the worst cafe we've ever visited!!! The management of this site needs to look into this. It's bringing the place down! Maybe do a "secret...

We were told with a stutter of words yes we are closed and that the customer inside was waiting for her husband. I myself work in the hospitality industry in a similar but bigger eatery and would never turn away customers before closing time especially if we already had customers inside. Terrible customer service and not a great...
