This evening, I visited McDonald's and ordered a hot chocolate and fries through the drive-thru. After making my payment, I was instructed to proceed to the next kiosk to pick up my order. A young employee handed me the hot chocolate and surprisingly asked me to drive to the waiting bays for the rest of my order.

Curiously, I asked if she was aware that I was only waiting for fries, to which she replied, "Yes, I know!" I've been a regular at this McDonald's since it opened, and I’ve never been asked to go to the waiting bay just for fries! I’ve patiently waited in the pick up bays for chicken nuggets, veggie burgers, and fish fillets, but never for fries. It’s hard to believe that such a busy drive-thru wouldn’t have fries readily available. I would have thought that must orders are with fries!

To make matters worse, I apparently parked in the wrong area, prompting a staff member to come out and direct me to bay 1. This was quite embarrassing, especially since there was another irate customer who seemed to want the spot where I had...

Every single time anyone from my family from what ever household places orders for deliveries same ole scenario and stories Macdonalds left loads of our orders. I would tell them don't order again. Yesterday I was feeling under the weather and felt not up to cooking so I placed an order for a Spanish burger meal with medium coke zero 4 hellumi fries with tomato dip a wrap of day 3 millionaire donuts 3 apples pie. When the order arrived there was no burger freezing cold hard fries the wrap and apple pies and a warm coke that taste of chemicals that taste so bad u couldn't drink it and no dips. Now how can you miss so much from the order. When I called up I asked if they would send them out I was told no they are busy and need to speak to uber about a refund and started giggling as if they where being tickled. It's a bloody joke.
