Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in Calderdale

Oh my goodness... We love a good Morrisons lunch but not this one :-( It was almost as if the lad on the till was also cooking, serving, cleaning, taking customer complaints... He didn't have enough hands and there seemed to be no one else around to help him on a busy morning. Therefore we ate what we could and left - it wasn't his fault so no point complaining to him, we felt Morrisons had let him down and he was quite a young lad too so hope he didn't get too much flack!! The pictures shown are of my grandsons Sausage mash and peas - as you can see the sausages were like yesterday's reheated, overcooked and dry, the mash was hard, dry with nontaste and the peas looked to have been soaking in the pan overnight. The next dish was my 6 month pregnant daughters meal, Tuna mayo and jacket potatoe - I don't know what the mayo stuff is but the colour was off, there was about half a teasoopn of actual Tuna and it was runny, the jacket potatoes was over cooked, dry and none of it was...

Well where do I start lol, always get my order wrong, i'm not even exaggerating. I've found curly hairs in my food. Ordered a vegetarian breakfast bap one time to take out, got it home and it was definately not vegetarian. Quite often have to wait up to and beyond 30 minutes for food to be served, even when its quiet in there. One time I asked the lad at the till to top up the chocolate in the coffee machines as I wanted a mocha, but the choc powder on both was empty, he opened it up 5 mins later, looked a bit confused, started cleaning the brew area then beggered off. I asked him 15 mins later about it he said it's fine, I showed him the mocha I just poured, he thought I meant the coffee was empty... 🤦‍♂️ coffee sounds nothing like choc-o-late. I have been to the cafe in Illingworth a number of times and never had any problems. However, I went in today at lunchtime with my partner and little girl and paid for a milkshake for my little girl. When I went to the self-serve machine to get the milkshake I found it wasnt working. I reported it to a member of staff whose attitude was so unhelpful saying "well nobody else has complained and Im sorry Im not a mechanic".
