First order from Sanam Balti was through Deliveroo and in all honesty I was disappointed that the dish was not what I had expected and no extras as I understand them to be standard (onion salad and mint sauce). I rang and complained but was explained to by the manager the dish ordered was correct but he explained which would suit me better next time and to mention I had complained and they will sort something out next time. Second order yesterday and not only was the food gorgeous, they were very polite on the phone and went the extra mile adding mince meat and egg to my dish for free, as well as doing me a very fair discounted price. We ordered a delivery tonight and the food came later than expected and tbh it was almost cold when it arrived we had masala chips and they tasted like they was yesterdays chips and they had been cooked twice weird taste like the oil was dirty that they cooked them in….
