Behind the counter were 4 or 5 female students I assume chatting and giggling completely oblivious to us standing there. I asked if one would serve me a discussion followed on who it would be. I then asked for a spitfire with which a bottle was plonked on the counter again we had to request a glass. After asking 4 times for a glass of wine received it. I then asked for a coffee with cream. I was asked if I wanted pouring or whipped cream I said pouring please. They are also very keen to get things put away. On more than occasion we have asked for cake and been told they have been put away, the last occasion was tonight and we were in there at 6.30pm ! There was no coffee available, the coffee machine was sitting on the bar doing nothing. I will definitely go better...
