Tesco Cafe — Restaurant in Canterbury

Food was lovely.. Drinks not so much ordered 2 hot chocolates and have never had a bad 1 from anywhere these were horrible.. Very bitter even after adding sugar which I never do.. Toffee popcorn frappe however was lovely.. So we swapped a hot chocolate for a second frappe which upon arrival was like Milk and water mixed. Showed the difference between the 2 to man behind counter and he looked annoyed and thicken it for us. Also made a replacement hot chocolate which was even worse than the first 2.. Will not be coming again for awhile.. Staff may just need more training but was not impressed.. All 3 staff look fed up and like they don't wish to be here no smiles or...

Visited the store over the weekend and wasn't exactly pleased with my experience at Tesco Café. Went for breakfast and the dinner itself was nice and fresh. However the tables were disgusting and you're expected to clean the table yourself. Which I don't mind because at least you know its cleaned. Then the café is covered in dead flys which really puts a downer and a disgusting atmosphere on the place. Hygiene is definitely not up to scratch and I doubt it gets cleaned at all. Thinking we will not be going here for breakfast anymore. Tho the food is nice and hot , we usually go for breakfast. My partner doesn't eat beans so always asks for no beans and before and quite recently he's been offered something in its place. Well not anymore apparently. So he is being charged for something he didn't have in effect. Also the only brown sauce being offered is the low salt one. He asked for a sachet of normal brown sauce and was told they didn't have any so he went into the supermarket and brought a bottle of brown sauce.
