Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in Castle Point

Not a good experience, put five star review on for main shop about three months ago. But the service in cafe today was not customer service. Was not welcomed. Made to wait ten minutes even though nobody in front whilst staff member just carried on cleaning a table. Asked twice if we could be served. No apology for wait, made to continue to be left standing at till. We felt very un welcomed. Lady had no customer service greet or smile. We felt a nuisance so we ended up working the self till at other end, we like staff manned tills. But today we felt nobody cared. Which is a shame as the normal staff in week are amazing in service. When i arrived, liam was on the till in which i ordered a big breakfast with buttered bread instead of toast. When over to get my condiments which was absolute mess with no cutlery at all. Finding a table was hard as pretty much every table was full of dirty plates and left overs (picture are plate that have been there for over 1hr 30mins) when the food arrive i never got my buttered bread and the old girl rised her voice at me calling me a liar, showed her the recipt in she denied it was theres. Distance is quite a bit of a drive if you live in the Basildon area not always easy to find because of being hidden by bushes nice set up in the shop and nice size car park café is normally clean and normally a choice of hot and cold drinks but when I got there the tea wasn't working and neither was the cold drinks machine and If people are very hot it doesn't look good menu is on one side of the cafe why the till was on...
