2024 Update Still the best place in Loughborough for the best coffee and most of the UK IMHO. I always look forward to going here when I'm back in Loughborough and BOM BOM has only gone from strength to strength which is great to see. Service is always amazing and this time I got to see the owner Martha (apologies if misspelt) again on the weekend after many years. By a freak occurrence my coffee order got mixed up but when i went back later in the day because i needed a proper coffee, the guys had already realised it and were so kind to comp my second coffee of the day and threw in a little cookie bliss. I live in London and that would never ever happen. All i can say they deserve all the success and so great to see a well run business where the employees love to work. Another rarity in these times.

Visited bom bom many many times, absolutely perfect place, excellent place to meet and catch up with friends. The food is amazing and the cakes are handmade every morning, which makes them absolutely delicious, I must recommend the raspberry and white chocolate muffins :). The coffee is gorgeous, so too are the soups, in fact everything on the menu is always wonderful, and has never let me down. All the staff are friendly and helpful, allowing the place to have the best atmosphere. I certainly cannot fault bom bom at all, and will keep coming back time...

I may be a slightly biased rating my sister's business, but I can say that I see up close how she prepares her cakes and sweets, always with rigour to provide the best catering in town. Also, I can attest how delicious these products are. Frequently I'm asked to assess the flavour of new creations, giving me first hand experience on the quality and love she puts on her products. Occasionally she prepares a couple of extra deserts in excess of her orders and keeps it for visitors, and this constitutes an enticing motivation to visit Marta...
