Subway — Restaurant in Charnwood

Ordered 4 salad boxes. I explained that we only wanted lettuce, sweetcorn and peppers so could we have quite a bit of each. Nope. Barely covered the bottom of the boxes. So I asked for more. Still the box was not even 1/4 full so I asked again! Just about got a fair amount for the price only to be charged for 5 boxes. I asked why it was so expensive at point of payment but was told that's the price. My payment went through only for her to throw my receipt in the bin and start serving the next customer! This is buy far the best subway I've been to and for a small subway the staff are so friendly even at busy times. Always making sure u don't miss out on a special offer. Also u never forget to scan ur sub card cause they alway remind you which in other subway it's not till I've eaten my food I've realised I've not scanned my card. But u can go online and claim points back but highly frustrating when you have to do that so for me the little added things like that makes it my local subway store even tho it's not...

A Subway is a Subway, they literally warm it up for you in a pre-programmed oven. So all I can really comment on is the service, and after pre-ordering online, with a booked time slot for collection, I had to wait in a queue for over half an hour despite there being just three people in front of me. If I'd used the contactless collection service I think I'd still be there today. Rubbish.

Definitely using the branch at Shelthorpe...
