The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been in. Ladies toilets were filthy and missing toilet paper, causing a large queue to use the only one with any left. There were only 3 staff manning between them the tills, drive through, click and collect orders, and food and drink prep. You can imagine how long everything was taking…in a service station filled with people with places to be. I ordered 2 eggnog lattes through the app as 4 out of 5 times they’re out of stock (which is insane when it’s a seasonal drink). I assumed if the app accepted my order that must mean they have them which would save me queuing for 10 minutes to get to the point of ordering just to find out they don’t. I waited 7-8 minutes for the drinks before the woman making them asked if I was waiting for the eggnog lattes and then informed me they were out of stock. She refused to give me a refund and didn’t provide any proof that the order hadn’t been fulfilled, instead fobbing me back off to the app, on which there is no option to request a refund or mark an order as unfulfilled. I have yet to receive a response from Starbucks, and have paid almost £12 for 2 drinks I didn’t receive. An awful experience all round, precious travel time wasted and left out of pocket.    Read moreOrdered 3 chocs frappucino and 1 chai, with some toasties on Monday 21 Apr around 1. Went back to the counter with 1 frapp as we hardly tasted any crushed choc chips. Staff on counter were very defensive, including the manager that they were always follow guidelines. we ordered this drink multiple times before at other stores so we knew its not the same taste. I didnt argue further as facing 3 different people talk over me. The manager did replace it with a new one emphasising its an exception to add extra chips for me. I didnt want to ask for the other 2 drinks that were also non standards, but promised myself to write this review. Very disappointed with the defensiveness especially the girl on the counter. She just keep repeating and looked at me sternly "we follow the guideline" even when the manager was in the process...
   Read moreI broke down and lost my phone, stopped at this Starbucks. Bohden not only served me, but when he heard I’d lost my phone, very kindly lent me his phone to make calls and figure out where the nearest phone store was. He also gave me assistance on my bike, as a rider himself. Without his help, I would’ve been stranded 100 miles from home. He did this with no prompting, during a busy hour on his shift where he also effectively managed the workload of shopfront and drive through customers without causing any delays whilst helping me. I almost never leave reviews, but the service I received here and the exceptional help from Bohden warranted one. Will be visiting every time I pass through Weston...
