Drift-in — Restaurant in Chichester

After standing in a 20 min queue for one child at the ice-cream hut then another 20 min queue for a milkshake for my other child we were told no one would make one because this is a separate hut which wasn't open. It is joined to the food section so it really isn't clear at all. So our only option is to rejoin the massive queue again for ice-cream. When I asked for help to get an ice-cream without standing in the queue again I was met with a rude staff member telling me they can't help. It's a separate business. It isn't clear your huts are separate. You have the same sign-writing on your menus under one sign for your business - Drift-in. I don't think it's unusual for anyone to assume you'd offer the same menus under one window. It needs to be clearer and there is no need...

Food was ok, ordered and when I sat down realised I was missing food. Went back up and after two minutes of searching boxes was told they now had no chips and they would call me when food was done, 20 minutes later and nothing.
