My favorite Café at the moment. It's newer, plenty of tables and space, great staff and convenient location. It's got a younger vibe because of the staff, and they are super friendly and helpful (Colin and Reece are the best!), and make great coffee. My go-to is an oat latté but I've tried the cold cherry caramel latté, and the new coffee they are using. One day I asked to reheat my coffee since I'm a slow drinker and Reece surprised me by remaking the whole drink at no charge! The store manager Colin even took the time to explain the difference between all the different kinds and even helped me troubleshoot my charger issue and offered to use one of their cables ;-) They also bake their pastries each morning - I'm enjoying their vegan raspberry croissant, which I don't see often in vegan options in other cafés. There's an array of cakes and sandwiches to choose from, including overnight porridge with yogurt and breakfast buns for, as well as a limited healthy menu (usually salad from what I've seen) such as salads as well. I also love how they have partnered with Vitality and reward physical activity with discounts off the food and a free coffee each week! Plus, you can earn a free coffee with their loyalty scheme right on the app which makes it easy instead of carrying punch cards. And big tip - bring your own thermos and you earn an extra stamp! I never used to go often to Café Nero due to others being so available but now I actively seek them out and prefer them - well, at least THIS location over other well-known names! Please treat the staff with respect and consideration as they deserve to be appreciated for what they do. The fact that they regularly clean the tables and make a point to get to know their clients is refreshing and makes such a difference in the customer experience! I also never felt rushed at this location and could work with pretty reliable internet. Thanks...
Read more“I went to Café Nero in Queensferry and ordered a matcha at room temperature — I didn’t want it with ice because I really don’t like the taste of milk with ice, especially on a rainy day. I paid £4.50, and the barista (an older man with a beard, glasses, and noticeably thinning hair) told me that without ice, I would only get a small amount — basically just a couple of sips. I then asked if he could serve it in a hot cup, but without heating the milk. He completely ignored that request and served it hot anyway. I just wanted something at room temperature, nothing more. I found the service rude and dismissive, and I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Definitely won’t...

I went into Cafe Nero Queensferry Road Edinburgh on Thursday 1st May at 2pm and there were two very rude women serving on the counter.
I asked one of the female members of staff serving if they had any sandwiches available and she replied in a rude patronising voice " What you see is what we have "
Both members of staff were very abrupt and rude to me and need to learn some manners.
I will not be visiting Cafe Nero Queensferry Road...
