Sugar and Treats Edinburgh — Restaurant in City of Edinburgh

I'll be generous and start off by saying that if there's one thing this place does right, it's the decor and that's one thing only. But overall, I don't know where these people get off charging sky high prices for low quality food at a low quality service in an area of Edinburgh that, by the way, is pretty low income. For starters, on one occasion of me making an order of a double chicken burger, I was handed a tub of donner and chips instead and was gaslit by her repeatedly into thinking that this was my real order. On one occasion of me going for their 9.99 meal deal, where it explicitly stated that I could have "any burger" included in the menu, I was disappointed to hear that I wasn't able to have the double chicken burger as this apparently only applied to the single burgers on their menu- something which, again, they never explicitly state. The last straw for me was when I paid for an order here, 20 minutes went by before the girl, in this completely empty shop, bothered starting work on my order and yet she somehow found the time to skip over me and serve a...

🚨🚨 DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RESTAURANT 🚨🚨 Today I made an order threw just eat. This was for 2x rollover hotdogs, nachos chocolate covered strawberries and a milkshake. There was no strawberries in stock so they did call and swap it for something else which I appreciate however when the order arrived I went to open the milkshake and there was some type of bug crawling on the inside of the cup. I immediately called the restaurant who tried to say it was sprinkles but I reassured them it definitely was a bug. They agreed to send a fresh milkshake out however I changed my mind as luckily I had money off the order to begin with and I felt sick to my stomach after finding the bug. Would be zero stars if possible, First and last time ever Ordering from this shop, orderd chocolate cake which came completely solid and inedible could not even put a fork through it , victoria spong cake was brittle but still able to be cut , birthday cake was the least worst just one side heading hard, i was appauled that anything like this was even sent out to a customer in the first place, contacted the shop and spoke to someone who told me thats not possible they get rave reviews about there cakes and refused to even aknowledge the issue over the phone ,was that bad i took it to the shop where they could not deny what they thought was acceptable to send to people, and got refunded eventually after the manager made a show of cutting into 2 of the lesser stale cakes but avoided the the 3rd one cause he/they knew just how...
