Went in and ordered a Ham and Cheddar Ploughman. Had to wait a short while for it to arrive, but then found there was no cheddar on the plate.

The server never made a comment when they brought it to the table, so I had to go back to the counter to ask, they then went into the kitchen to find out why.

Allegedly they had run out of cheddar, no apologies. I pointed out that if I had known that, I would have ordered an alternative meal. They were not interested, and they didn't care that I had paid for something I never received!
