This was our first time dining at the Beaufort restaurant in the Hare & Hounds but won't be the last. The room was stunning, the staff were friendly and efficient, and the food was superb. House keeping abysmal, dirt left on floors, dirty glasses in room, tea bags left in teapot from previous night. Dog friendly unfortunately means you have to suffer dogs barking at each other during breakfast and in the evening in the bar. There was also a wet dog smell but then it was raining but do I need that while I’m eating...

Came here in the evening for dinner at the restaurant.

We both chose the pork belly dish with sides of triple cooked chips and tenderstem broccoli. The dishes were absolutely fantastic and the service was brilliant.
