If you're open until 4pm, why switch the tills off? I got there with my children (as they have school) at 3.32pm & you'd switched the tills off. When I asked when you closed, you lied & said you close at 3.45pm. No you don't! This has happened several times. I get you want to go home but maybe get another job where you finish earlier? I'm sure you can do your tidying but still let people purchase things. Maybe whoever the Manager is should look at the takings after 3.30pm. If they're low it's because the staff are switching the tills off early. You can't expect people to have cash on them or go & find cash just because you want to stop serving early...

Just been in and ordered a ham salad sandwich. Was horrified to see the staff member that served me. Pick up my lettuce tomato cucumber and red onions with her bare hands . I asked why she wasn't wearing gloves. She said she was allergic to rubber. So she didn't have to use gloves. Under health and safety standards all food preparation requires you to wear gloves. . If she is allergic to rubber. Then her employer's should provide her with special gloves that don't contain rubber. I will never go back to this establishment again. Disgusting. Really poor selection every week ,only ever the choise of usually 2 burnt or 2 such pale cheap sausages ,same with bacon and never more than 1 dried custard doughnut in stock ,cant actually rember ever getting what i actually wanted or it to actually be cooked correctly or even warm ,really not impressed with chain bakery s .shame all the small bacerys have been wiped out buy poor...
