Go. How pubs used to be. this is the last of the breed. One of the Best Pubs in the country. A very rare find. Ripped-out in 'oldeee-worldeee' refits and dried-flowers, the rest went more than 30 years ago. Untouched classic interior, if you're over 45 you'll remember places like this. Today, the other way to see a pub like this is to watch TV re-runs from Euston Films or something with Ena Sharples. Find it down in Trowley Bottom. Make it...

Lovely old school pub in the hamlet of Trowley Bottom ...Time warp experience ( think Darling Buds of May)..sells a real ale( Otter) & sells one of the rarest German export lagers in Beds. namely Warsteiner...sells a selection of bottled ales too & other usual suspects keg & spirits...has a carpark, quaint back garden with tables + a covered section & a big cast log burner for when the weather gets chilly...Well...
