Kebab factory — Restaurant in Dartford

We have been using this kebab since it opened, sometimes twice a week. We have both delivery and collection orders. We were very loyal customers and have spent alot of money at this establishment... So to collect this order we were very disappointed! Literally a hand full of chips and dry manky old chicken nuggets for £7!!! Now I could let this go, could have been busy, bad day etc. But when I telephoned to discuss the issue this is where it gets ten times worse. I explained our concerns only to be shouted at and told I was wrong and the order was perefct. No apology, offer of fresh food or a refund! All i got was a load of abuse. As a loyal customer for many years i find this totally unacceptable and will never use them again! No customer service skills what so ever and only interested...

Never have I in my life waited for food from such an incompetent and poor excuse of a kebab shop - had food ordered for me on Uber Eats (where the takeaway delivers themselves and not through Uber riders) around 7pm and after multiple calls, the food finally arrived at 9:40pm - a wait of nearly THREE HOURS. This place clearly doesn't care to not give you an update themselves and to make you wait so long and when the food finally arrived, it was warm at best. No wonder the other reviews are so bad and yet it baffles me how this place continues to provide such an abomination...

I had such a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious and comforting. The loaded fries, Factory Ribs and chops was fresh and so tasty just the kind that make you want to come back again and again. The chicken & lamb shish was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection, a simple dish done exceptionally well. Overall, everything came together beautifully.
