Efes Pizza & Kebab House — Restaurant in Doncaster

Would of scored this with a ZERO if it was an option. Ordered online and after 11/4hrs ended up ringing to see when we could expect our delivery. We were promised it would be with us within 15 minutes. After waiting for a further 35 minutes I rang and cancelled the order. It turned up within 5 minutes of cancellation. At this point we had started cooking as we had been waiting for 2 hours. I rang the shop and offered to take the order with a heavy discount or they could take it back and I'd not use them again... They preferred to take the order back and lose any further business. We have made allowances in the past for incorrect deliveries, but after tonight's fiasco we will not be...

The service of their delivery was simply awful, I ordered a delivery, I live just down the street in Skellow and it took them over 30 minutes to deliver my order.

When I called the takeaway asking where my order was they first hung up on me, then I called them again and they acted confused.

My food was then delivered to me cold and in a very unpleasant manner.

They could not be bothered to even mix in the salad with kebab I ordered, and there was a lot of paper stuck in the kebab itself. There was barely any naan bread.

I ended up throwing most of it away

The chicken kebab itself wasn’t really that tasty, I recommend choosing Donner anyways.

What a Pure waste of £13, avoid...

First time ordering from here. Won't be going back. Pizz Hot nearby is cheaper, better food and consistent.

Pizza - pure grease, bland sauce, bare cooked dough, base of the pizza was ridiculously thin in places and super think in others.

Burger - as you would expect from any takeaway. No issues, same cheap burgers as everywhere.

Doner Kebab - greasy and dry at the same time. Clearly been sat in the bain Marie in a pool of grease being allowed To shrivel up. The worst part was the grissle, every mouth full we were pulling gristle out of out mouth. Disgusting and cheap.

Star of the show - the chips. Hot, crispy and flavourful. McCain extra crisp...
