I have been to this place about 8 times in total, I visited this place on Sunday (16.10.22) and the service was awful this time round!! The new young girl who has joined the team lacks basic customer care experience and peoples skills. She did not apply the 15% off on my order as we were eating in, and I had to pay about £50 for two people! She also came to me twice in the space of 10 minutes to ask if I am ready to order, to which I explained I am not as I was waiting for a friend. We then waited 20 minutes for her to give us any attention, and when she did we had to go over to the counter to order due to her laziness (others were seen to at their tables). She also told me to sit down, even though I was standing next to the high table for a reason. The same girl did not clear any of our empty bottles or take away the dirty glasses which were cluttering the table, and instead was polishing counter tops that were already clean. Beef lasagna is not actually beef and instead it has pork mixed in. Not what I expect from a restaurant that claims to sell halal beef burger!!. My original review was so positive. I raved about the service, the fact I could get gluten free crusts and dairy free "cheese" it's been bad every single time since. The food is always, always late. If you try chasing it up you have to keep dialling again to get past the busy signal. When someone does speak to you they give you the same story every time "sorry, it's been busy, it's ready now, the driver's just here, it'll be about twenty minutes." Why don't they tell the truth about how long your order will take or at least offer something to make up for it? My food was over an hour late.

There's no offer of compensation, not even a discount for if you're stupid enough to use them again. It makes no difference if you go through Just Eat or their website; the latter claims if you sign up you get rewards and discounts but I've never had a single email, text or anything else from them. I can only imagine how much business I sent their way with my original review but I wish I'd used them more than once before...

I have been wanting to try this place for a long time so today was the day. Parking available, and inside the place looks very clean and a good vibe from staff. The manager was really friendly and made sure I was seen to. I decided to go for the cheese burger (Halal) and fries. I don't usually go for cheese burgers as I prefer chicken but something was telling me to give it a go. It was customisable with salad toppings and different cheeses.

Now let me tell you the packaging was on point and I was very very impressed with this cheese burger itself 🍔. It was delicious! Hands down one of the best cheese burgers I have ever had, it tasted so so good. I will 💯 come back for this burger and possibly try the pizzas out as they looked like they were selling fast. Also the staff were so polite they told me to sit in the car and they will bring it to me as was a take away order. Well done its not Suburb but...
