AVOID! Not a good experience! attempted to go here Sunday. We went in, sat down, decided what we wanted and went up to order. Only for the women to then say âitâs Sunday menu onlyâ this wasnât mentioned when we went in. And no signs / menus mentioned this either. We went back today. I ordered a bacon and egg bagel, my boyfriend ordered a meatball sandwich. Staff were rude. No hello, no smiles. Unwelcoming and dead to the world. One was lovely and accommodating (Michael) but I knew him, so perhaps this helped? So 30 min after we ordered our food, There as no food in site. I went up and asked the Michael if he knew how long the food would be, as we had been waiting a while for a bagel and a sandwich. He then said âwhy?! Are you in a rushâ and I replied. Well Iâm hungry and itâs taking a while. He then said âdo you have somewhere to beâ which I thought was rude and invasive! I said I have to get off to work. But again, Iâm hungry. And then Michael replied âwell we are rushed off our feet so weâre delayedâ Which THEY WERENT! He also mentioned he didnât want to ask the chef as the chef would have a go at him for asking!! He asked the chef anyway, and he said it was coming out now.. a further 10 minutes later!! And the food arrived. And what a disaster. The egg in the bagel had been over cooked, the yolk was rock solid and it separated / attached it self to the bagel𫣠this was sent back to the kitchen. Only for a fresh bagel to be back to my table literally MINUTES LATER. So how is it they managed to prepare food so fastly now? Also why when we ordered was it not mentioned there was a wait / delay on food?! Michael also mentioned someone else had complained about the wait and the chef was annoyed at people and them complaining?!
Overall not worth the money. Or the visit! Rude staff. Weird atmosphere and the âchefâ needs sacking!! Bad attitude and awful cooking...

Read moreNice little place clean and tidy, staff was friendly, managed to get a breakfast after the listed time had ended which was good of them to do, but for the price I can't say it was worth it cost £10.40 for full breakfast +£3 for pot of tea. Not the cheapest or best price I've ever paid and you are charged to sit in which is shown on the menu, becoming the norm adding a charge to eat in, personally I would rather it was not shown at all as it takes away from the friendly atmosphere, just have one set price. As for the meal it was fine nothing special had way better for less, tea was a fair pot got more than enough for a couple of cups.
Overall probably won't go again don't think it's value for money but it's a nice friendly place.
Parking is available and is shared with local shop so could be...
