Paradizza pizzeria & Desserts — Restaurant in Dudley

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this latest change is just greedy. Charging £2 extra just to do a half-and-half pizza? Seriously? It’s literally the same base, same size, and they’re already charging premium prices for toppings. This feels like a cash grab, not a business decision based on effort or cost.

What used to be a nice way to share different flavours with family or friends has now become an overpriced indulgence. I could understand a small fee if it required extra work — but TWO POUNDS for simply putting different toppings on each side of the same pizza? Come on.

The pizza itself is decent, but it’s not good enough to justify these nickel-and-dime tactics. Sad to say, but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Plenty of other local spots still know how to treat their regulars...

In response to your reply.. that was your website we ordered ‘paradizia pizzeria and deserts’ through and we have proof of this also if a site is using your company to scam people perhaps this is something you should investigate rather than arguing with innocent, hungry customers. In view of the way we was treated we would never come back or reccomend this place and have heard from other people since aswel.

Wouldn’t even give one star, ordered on THERE website had payment taken out of bank and was even given an order number… they said they haven’t received the order or the payment???? Even though I have solid evidence they made out like we was lying. Scammed by...

Ordered food at 7 pm online said 45mins should be with you. 8.30pm still hasn't arrived. Rang them 8pm goes 10mins, just rang them again goes 5mins. Excuse busy you know its Friday.
