This roadside coffee shop has now reopened. However, due to Coronavirus restrictions there was only a take away service available. There was controlled access to coffee shop, in accordance with social distancing measures. Despite the difficult and unusual circumstances the staff were friendly and efficient and the coffee was so good. This was our first coffee shop coffee since lockdown was introduced, which made it all that more enjoyable. Good to see open again.

My car broke down - luckily right near this Starbucks! Went in to ask for postcode of where I was and the baristas were really helpful. I ordered a hot chocolate and it was delicious! They were very welcoming and it was good they were having a chat we with me whilst I was waiting for recovery (as it wasn’t too busy at that time!) Thank you to Elvis and Harry! I will stop in here again in the future when I haven’t broken down!

Worst coffee I've ever drunk, ordered a flat white and it was more like a 1/10 a shot of coffee, a drop of milk and some luke warm water. Took them 10 minutes to serve me and there were only 2 other customers. The staff were more interested in pretending they were 5 year olds at school than doing any work.

What can i say about this Starbucks store! I've spent many years in the hospitality industry but this was something else. Ordered our drinks and we stood there and waited... and waited and guess what waited again.... 15 minutes later 1 of our 3 drinks arrives... great little bit delayed but not to bad. The 2 other drinks no where to be seen. I spoke to the "staff" behind the counter and was told that the ticket machine stopped working and asked us what drinks we were missing so i explained this! Another 10 minutes later and several other customers had been served and gone i again mentioned we were still missing 2 drinks. Again they asked what drinks we ordered which i had to explain again. Eventually got all of our drinks and left 32 minutes later! The problem with this is very inexperienced staff, no leadership and no back bone to own up to the problems! The staff here need some serious training on customer services as the communication throughout the saga was non existent. If they had an issue with ticket machine surely they would put a system in place such as RIGHT THINGS DOWN rather than guess work with disappointed customers.

I shall now avoid all starbucks and use local friendly...

Don’t bother picking up your drinks from here! It’s a let down to Starbucks this place, firstly I was so excited when I moved to the area that I would be in hitting distance to a Starbucks however I drive to Honiton to get my day to day drinks or any of the 4 Starbucks in Exeter I also high recommend. Where to start, I have been there a few times thinking it was just the staff on that particular day serving but oh no.. no one here can make a frapp it’s so watery no substance to the mix and when ask if I could have another the two woman working staff that day would rather got into a sarcastic jibe with me, they don’t serve matcha either on another day I asked for a matcha latte I was told by the woman manager in a really rude and sarcastic way that she doesn’t keep it in stock and t he n decided to have a laugh with a male staff member about me ordering it. I ordered another drink instead but no drink I have ever ordered here feels like a lovely treat from Starbucks there so off the standard and the attitude from the staff members here is truly horrible. Big thumbs down , if in the area and needing a coffee save your self the disappointment and go to Honiton. There always...

Stopped off for a quick coffee after picking up my daughter from university & driving back home. Driven past multiple times, never stopped before. Unless desperate, never will again. There was one poor lad running around trying to get everything done on his own. A reasonably large queue of people & he was just swamped. There was also a young girl who was probably going on a break when we arrived (she disappeared out the back door for a smoke I think). We had to wait for over 15 minutes just to order, as the poor lad couldn't be everywhere at once (I really felt for him, he was doing his best, but highly stressed). The whole place was grotty & in no way invited you to sit down and enjoy your coffee or food. The girl came back, put her bib on & promptly did nothing 🤷🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️. After nearly half an hour, we got our coffee, hot chocolate &...
