Complete and utter disgrace! The owner clearly knows they can charge extortionate prices as its on a family park. Prices average £11 a meal so as a family of 5 on this occasion I paid £40. Yes. £40!!! for their equivalent of a family 'bargain' bucket. Me being the least fussiest eater ever, I have never been so disappointed and disgusted in all my life (hence my review) the chips tasted old and stale, like they'd been left aside and the chicken was chewy and tasted plain and bland!!! I couldn't even taste salt and pepper at the very least! There was no taste to it at all so the food all went in the bin. The staff serving weren't very exactly inviting or friendly, it felt more of we've got your money now sling your hook. What an utter disgrace to the park and to the culinary world. I for one will not be returning nor recommending this establishment.

Ordered the 7 piece meal about 10 mins ago and the girl asked me twice within about 2 minutes what I wanted and if I had allergies and I told her twice.they gave us a 5 piece instead and the buzzer thingy was broken. I would’ve gone back and said they got it wrong but I have a baby and a toddler and we shouldn’t have to check the order to see if they got it right. Also there was 4 people behind there and one young lad was talking loudly about poo which isn’t appetising. So yeah they got the order wrong (not enough chicken to feed my family properly) overcharged me because of this and the staff were being rude. I get they’re young and this is probably a first job but they need to pay attention better and have some decency. It was so chaotic behind the register that I asked the lady “ is it close to closing time or something” and she said “no I don’t know...

Well what can I say after doing a takeaway option for my mum and dine in for myself it was outstanding! Order took 10 minutes during a mad rush for delivery also staff very welcoming and friendly. Food very well packaged and vibrant. Chips was crispy on exterior and nice and fluffy interior. Service was with a smile. The chicken very tender not too crispy just right and yet still full of wholesome flavour! There was a trainee staff member on I believe and everyone was so understanding and supportive as a team should be. Nice clean outside dining, very filling meal and very tasty in my opinion better than KFC! They make this chicken with love. If you are on site or nearby to this venue ....
