Subway — Restaurant in East Staffordshire

Ordered via Just Eat delivery, checked delivery and found that drink ordered was missing. Good thing we only live 5 minutes away so decided to walk as not a big issue. Got to the till with the delivery bag in hand and then one staff was giving me a horrible look when i said the drink was missed. As if she was ready to have a go at me. Bear in mind i was speaking like normal and was nice and polite. But she kept giving me a funny look. I said everything’s fine aside from the pepsi. Left the shop with the pepsi given but not a single apology heard from staff. Didn’t make any fuss but turns out the rest of the order was mostly wrong, wrong sandwich, wrong extras, etc. Everyone makes mistakes but had to write review as staff was passively rude to begin with. This place seems to make up its own rules! I visited today with my child to a 6inch meal deal.The display screen clearly says + £2 for bottled drink +crisps or cookie. The picture with it has a coca cola bottle in it. The staff say you cannot have a bottled drink for the £2 deal,furthermore it can't be coke as its more expensive (for them I presume). I pointed at the sign AND the photo, she replied saying she doesn't know why it says that! Just eat order was completely wrong, missing items in each subs and then had ingredients we didn’t even order. Went into to try and get a remake of the items and the staff members refused to even look at our subs and became very aggressive and hostile with us when we were extremely polite and tried to explain that the order was messed up. Every time we order there’s something missing or wrong. Do not recommend at all. One of us works in the food industry and has NEVER had a service as disgusting as this.
