Starbucks — Restaurant in Eastleigh

A review for the manager "Jess" and all of her team. I come here fairly often and the every single member of staff are absolutely great. Always always fantastic service and the coffee is always spot on. Jess clearly cares a lot about her staff and all of their high quality service and guys it really shows.

On one occasion, a colleague at the Village was being screamed at by a user of the actual hotel (separate to Starbucks) for no real good reason and for no fault of the staff member. This isn't one of Jess's staff members but to her credit she stepped over, politely asked the staff member to come with her and took her away to a private room away from the situation. No grown man should be shouting at a young girl in the first place. But Jess stepped in no questions asked and removed the young girl from the situation. Top quality leadership and what a great way to show the rest of her staff she will do the same for them.

As always an awsome drink made by the wonderful Lux! She does such a good job and is always working hard. Such a shame that her two colleagues felt it was fine to stand at the other end of the counter chatting to eachother while lux got on with filling every order for the 6 waiting customers. Emma, even thought it a better use of her time to stand on her mobile rather than go and help their colleague. While Lux is clearly great at her job! And can definitely do it standing on her head, she shouldn't have to with two other girls to at...

As much as I love the location and the place. The service is hands down the slowest I’ve ever experienced. There’s no organisation You will have three members of staff and on person doing all drinks hot and cold and sometimes also serving if the other ones decide they want to faff around doing something else.
