First time visiting this pub. Travelled from Plymouth to meet the parents for a carvery. The staff are friendly and they always had a smile on their faces. Dining area is at the back of the pub in a separate room from the bar. Food was lovely and hot with fresh top ups coming out regularly plenty of veg choices. Desserts was amazing I had a strawberry and white chocolate cheesecake parents had lemon meringue pie. Food portion size was good. There is parking in a small carpark at the side of the pub which gets busy at times but plenty of street parking or a town hall carpark across the way. I recommend you book for the Sunday carvery as limited tables and proved popular by the older generation. Would definitely go back....

A short drive from Launceston this is a brilliant little local pub, they have a great selection of ciders and a lot of other drinks on offer too including some real ales. There’s always really nice buzz here so you’re bound to have a lovely time when we you stop by. First 2 we tried were fully booked but a couple that were having a drink recommended the Archers Arms to us. Thank you random strangers.
