Really Poor and left very disappointed. We have been to this pub on numerous occasions over last 3 years. Always had good quality value for money food

However we went today and there are new tennants oh dear oh dear. We were told we had to move table on arrival as the table was reserved, identifiable by there being knives and forks on the reserved tables who knew!!!

The nachos were served with no guacamole, vile fake sour cream, 2 pieces of jalapeño and a very incipid salsa. Only one nacho was eaten, we pointed out no guacamole and were informed we don’t have any, so they were pushed to one side.

The cauliflower chicken wings were nice however did not come with accompanying sauce when asked we were presented with a plastic bottle of sauce and the side salad a bit of chopped iceberg lettuce.

As a pub chain you expect similar standards at each site, I really hope other establishments in the chain are not as poor.

My sandwich was fine and the burger was also ok.

Lack of detail, no finesse and a lack of customer service.

It looks like another young couple are setting themselves up for an expensive mistake, it is not all their fault the brewery chain should ensure tennants are up to the job not up to the deposit.

I for one...

Given it 1 star as you can't select no stars. Have eaten here many times before but not been since this time last year.

Don't know if the management has changed but wow what a contrast.

As we walked in there was no one present at the bar and waited 5 minutes before anyone emerged. I now wish i had took notice of my instincts and walked straight out.

Tables and floors need a good clean. I had to clean our table with baby wipes, babies high chair was full of food which I cleaned.

Starters were fine and were left on the table even after our mains came out. mains looked like they had been pinged in a microwave, asked for a medium steak which was still alive by the looks of it which I sent back and when it was cooked properly it was edible. However the chips where hard and greasy and looked like they had been left under a hot lamp whilst the steak was being re cooked.

Visited the toilets which were dirty, dirt all over the sink and the colour of the tiles under the hand dryer were fifty. Oh and a lovely trainer print on the back of the toilet door.

Safe to say I won't be spending my hard earned money here anymore. Its upsetting as this was once a great pub serving great food with an enthusiastic host who couldn't do...

We've been meaning to try the Bradford Arms for a while, so went for lunch today with family who are visiting. We were greeted warmly by the friendly landlord and had our choice of tables as it was quiet on this rainy Tuesday. We chose a nice, big, round table by the window, so we had plenty of space. We like that the tables are not close together, so there's a sense of space. The menu is very varied and reasonably priced. There's a dedicated lunch menu, the main menu, a kid's one, and daily special offers. We all chose from the main menu and enjoyed the food. At first glance, the portions didn't look generous, but actually there was plenty. After soup and a burger with chips, I was too full to manage a dessert. There was a good menu of desserts though and the two men in our party managed to fit one in. The landlord was friendly and chatty. So, in summary, nice surroundings, plenty of room, good, tasty food, a warm welcome, and...

We stopped off here for a bite to eat on the way to Harlech, Wales. Considering there were only 2 members of staff working and one off (can't remember why), they did an excellent job. Apparently, they have only been running the pub since February i thinknit was, and are trying to get customers back as the previous owners let it go abit. So i'm going to do my bit and say you must tey this pub. The lady behind the bar (also doing the kitchen runs) was very nice and friendly. I had a very generous portion of Hunters Chicken (my go to pub meal), and it was delicious and very filling. Followed by a very nice pint of Wainwright's 😋. My wife had lasagne, which was also very nice and filling. The pub is dog friendly, and allowed both inside and out, the chef even gave our four legged baby a treat, although she turned her nose up at it 🙄. I would definitely recommend this pub, it's a shame we're not local, as I'd come here more often.

We were on Holiday in the area and this pud was not far from where we were staying so popped in on the way back from a day out it was very handy as they have food service all day. We had a meal, pudding and drinks. The food was lovely and hot well presented. My husband had the pie and I had the scampi for mains and sticky toffee pudding for after 😋The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We enjoyed it so we went back again the following night We had the lamb shanks which were to die for so tender. Puddings were rhubarb crumble and Eton mass again these were delicious. The price was good . Lovely old country pub. Definitely would recommend a visit if you are in the area. They were putting up there ready for their Halloween events. They did have a Christmas tree in the porch to advertise their upcoming Christmas events. You could see how much they put in to making the pub welcoming at all times

I’d visited here a couple of weeks ago with a few biker friends & had an excellent breakfast, so I thought I’d drop in tonight with a couple of the family, a rare event eating out these days! A lovely pub with friendly personable staff that provided a great service, real ale on tap too. We chose from the main menu, the meals were fresh & tasty, my guests loved their steaks & my lamb was excellent too, as were the desserts. There were 2 other menus available, a comprehensive Bar Snack one & the other for in house handmade pizzas, these looked particularly nice & I suspect they will be our choice on our next visit. Thank you for an enjoyable visit.
