Bumblebee cafe — Restaurant in England

We found this little roadside café in a layby just after Colsterworth, as we were headed south on Gallery deliveries. It is bright and cheerful with a very friendly welcome and an extensive and well priced menu.

Serving a wide range of breakfast items and sandwiches along with burgers, chips, omelettes and some meal offerings too!

Inside is clean and with free refills on hot drinks so we were easily persuaded to stay for a second cup!

Breakfast was hot and fresh and delicious, and not greasy at all, happy to swap out some items too, thank you :)

Called in on 28th May 2025 we were traveling down to Cambridge & just needed a quick pit stop. The ladies that worked that day I can't say enough extremely helpful, polite & couldn't do enough for us. And to ask if we needed to use the facilities before we left was extremely nice of you. Never had a bad breakfast from here yet! Been calling in here for almost 2 years now. Ive Always get the same polite, kind & warm welcome and the café is always clean. The food is good quality and well cooked but is still reasonably priced imo.

Suitable for families on a road trip or drivers looking for a place for their break, with plenty of space to park.
