Burger King — Restaurant in England

If I only could put a minus on that star... Ordered a take away on Saturday evening, spent over £40 on old food, completely disgusted after this "meal", burger buns was old, probably already defrosted ( to save time?) they saved on the quality though as time they took, all burgers were so dry and very poorly presented l, forgot 1 of the burgers in my order so I had to go back, chips was ok but not top quality either, staff looked unhappy to help, all food was cold and we eat no more than 4mins after receiving it. Also you staff doesn't want to take orders at till which prevents me from using my discount, wonder why?!

Very overpriced I would've liked to only pay £5 for that meal and go to feed the ducks! There are better faster chains with higher standard of quality and about 30%...

DO NOT ORDER ON THE APP! The app is utter garbage. Resets to homepage regularly, had to go through another restaurant to get delivery. Each time we get to pay it came up saying the delivery time was taken so we had to restart, not change time, restart each time. Eventually got the order through for a delivery time an hour later than planned, and an hour and a half later still no food. Neither phone number for the BK restaurant worked, one ringing out and one being an ‘unrecognised number’. The number on the confirmation email is out of hours and says we have to call back at 9am the next morning.

Seems like they're just relying on the captive audience and don't care about the food, service or anything they should do. Took them 30 minutes to get 6 orders out, along with a couple for delivery. When mine arrived it was missing multiple items, including an entire meal. The staff were quick to rectify but it seemed like that was mostly to avoid having to interact with us further. Was hopeful that the food would have been made fresh due to the wait but all of the burgers were dry. Probably ok if there's literally nobody waiting, otherwise I'd avoid unless you're happy with...
