The Burns Head is a cosy traditional two roomed village community pub. There is a wide choice of beers lager and cider, including several hand pulled cask conditioned real ales. The cask ales I tried were in excellent condition. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. There is a pool table in the bar and TVs for watching Sport. There is plenty of outside seating. The pub is dog friendly. I haven't tried the food, but it looked very good, and there is a varied selection on the menu. It's good to find a pub off the Beaten Track with such excellent beer. I will definitely be back....
