Called in last week and a lovely lady prepared me a bap then when I asked if she could sell me a couple of slices of the meat separately for the dog, she duly obliged and didn't even charge me. Wonderful. Fast forward to today and same thing but a young girl serving. I asked for a beef bap with onions and mushrooms. No stuffing. She then started to butter the bap and added stuffing. I told her I didn't want the stuffing and she offered to take it off. I said no you might as well leave it on. I then asked if she could sell me a couple of slices of meat for the dog. She said no so I asked if she could just ask a more senior member of staff. She then said to another lady 'I can't sell the meat without a bap can I?' Talk about a leading negative question. The other staff member said no it has to be on a bap. I was astonished at how poor the service was. Seems like a generation thing to me but I suggest customer service training would be money well spent as I wont be going back and I left the bap on the counter and cancelled the order and will tell many people about this...

The pork pies were absolutely beautiful, succulent meat and the pastry wasn't dry, nice and crisp. Server was excellent. Only thing I would say is to make the pork pies shorter but fatter, I had to unhinge my mouth to eat it. If I'm back that way will definitely stop off...

Young girl covered her hands in sanitiser then put her hands all over the bap. Yuk. Cancelled order. Also previously woman making bap was scratching her face then same hand went straight down on the bap. I paid and left but bap went straight in the bin. They butter the bap with the bap in their full hand then use the tongs to put the ham etc on. Doesn't make sense. Such a shame as the salad baps are nice but not hygeinic....
