Choccotastic Ltd — Restaurant in England

So I’m all for supporting local business and found this little cafe whilst visiting Ledbury .. nicely decorated outside area where we could sit with our dogs .. sadly the food was overpriced and not of a very good standard My partner had a chocolate waffle which he said was ok .. mine was woeful… tuna and Mayo .. the waffle was soggy and not cooked, a teaspoon of tuna and a salad which didn’t have any leaves .. just the horrible stalk part you Normally put in the bin and at £5:25 for the privilege.. not one of the staff came and asked if everything was ok .. I think serving something so poor they knew what my answer would be ! .. I had already paid .. so we just got up and left .. would not Recommend.. poor quality and...

First time I and my children went to eat here. The range and flavour is fantastic! Definitely a novelty treat. But one particular staff member completely spoilt our experience. She was snappy, rude, accused me of snatching the menu from her hands when I wanted to query the price on the menu (beer on the shelf £1.95 - menu says £2.95 - they charge you £3.95 just for drinking it there!) not one smile on her face - zero customer service skills. What a shame - we were going to go back tomorrow but my investment in people tops the products and we won’t go back tomorrow or take our regular out of town guests either. I would have happily paid more for quality service. I suggest you look at the staff...

Found this wonderful gem of a place hidden away on a day trip to Ledbury yesterday. Had a bowl of home made broccoli and cheddar cheese soup with a cheese toastie and was simply wonderful. The two ladies working there were extremely attentive and worked hard. Also bought some chocolates from there as a present for my hubby and I'm assured they're all made by the owner. Would highly recommend this place and if I lived locally I'd definitely be in there often to eat....especially the cakes as they looked...
