The service was good as usual but I was very disappointed with the meal this time. We've been here a few times and its been ok but this time it was bad. First of all the seats are in desperate need of replacement or restuffing. After a few minutes you realise that you are gradually dropping to the floor. We asked for cushions for additional support but none were available so we had to put up with a very uncomfortable posture throughout the meal. While we are on the subject of the furniture, some of the tables are very poor supported so don't put too much weight on the sides as the whole table could tip up as happened to the couple on the next table. Very messy! So to the food. I ordered the mushroom, garlic and paneer starter. This arrived as a plate of melted cheese and chopped up tinned mushrooms. It was swimming in grease and the paneer was nowhere to be seen. We suspected the chef had run out of paneer and substituted with cheddar. I pointed out the issue to the waiter but he just brushed it off as if that's the way it is. I have a photo which I'll upload. On to the main course, tandoori chicken. This is my go to dish at any Indian restaurant and a good indicator of the quality of the chef. Unfortunately this time the chef must have had a bad day. It arrived on the sizzling plate (completely unnecessary) and was again barely recognisable as chicken! (See photo) The chicken must have been a skinny little thing as it was difficult to find a decent chunk of meat on it. I don't know how this had been cooked but it certainly wasn't in a tandoor oven. It had been marinaded but had probably been fried off with onions and so on. The taste was underwhelming and overall disappointing. The naan, rice and veggies side dishes were ok, as was the kulfi ice cream. Unfortunately we'll not be returning until they sort out the chairs and chef!

Really poor. Food arrived 45 mins earlier than its scheduled time. We had to send it back as it was kids bedtime so couldn’t eat. We were obviously worried the same order would just be sent back an hour later and lo and behold it blatantly was. It was watery from being sat in the containers the whole time and was awful. The picture shows only about half the water that was on just one of ours plates. My naan soaked up the rest by accident and was inedible. Curry was poor also. Really don’t recommend this place and after a couple of bad experiences here now we just won’t return again. £51 for two curries, a naan, 1 rice and 4 poppadoms is extortionate also.

Just ordered a takeaway and so disappointed. In fact we stopped eating when we realised that the chicken wasn't cooked properly. Nothing tasted authentic and the mango chutney was watery. Won't be ordering from here again.

As a big fan of Indian food, and having tried most of the restaurants and takeaways in the local area, I booked a table here for my birthday meal to try somewhere different. I had heard good things about this place from a few people and the reviews online also spoke highly of the place The location of the restaurant is slightly off the beaten track, but easy enough to find. We were greeted with a warm friendly welcome from the staff, who also went the extra mile for my grandmother who is not overly familiar with indian food. They helped her with the menu and to choose something suited to her tastes Although the food took a little while to arrive, the service was excellent and the food delicious. With 7 of us dining, we all chose different dishes, so got to sample a wide range of the menu. The staff then surprised my sister and myself with a birthday pudding and candles. And an extra drink ‘on the house’ A thoroughly enjoyable night, excellent staff, and amazing food. It might just be my new...

Absolutely disgusting place. Ordered a takeaway online which was accepted they took our money then refused the order and will not refund us! Called and asked for a refund to which the man refused to give us, offered to pay more for delivery (even though it states clearly on their website they deliver to Ringwood!) he denied this, said it’s too far to deliver even though it says the do on the website. Offered to take our order for collection but wanted to charge us again and not refund us!!!!!! Half way through the call he admitted they cancelled our order because they don’t have a delivery driver tonight!!!!!! Still refused to refund us and told us we will have to wait 3-5 business days for this to be refunded. ABSOLUTELY...
