Costa Coffee Roadchef Sandbach Northbound — Restaurant in England

Shambolic non-existent service from the staff at Costa Coffee inside the southbound services on the M6 at Sandbach. I stood there at the checkout for 8 minutes without even being acknowledged before I eventually put back everything I'd picked up to pay for and walked out without a drink and without my lunch. The two members of staff plodded through the two orders they were working on without even bothering to say hello let alone serve me. Complete ignorance. My glasses suddenly broke and whilst quite blind, Hana and Kim from the Sandbach Southbound branch were absolutely amazing! Even though I just asked for tools to do it myself, they went the extra mile of fixing my glasses themselves and doing as much as they could to ensure my glasses wouldn't break again for the rest of my journey. Honestly saved my night as I still had a very long drive and unlike other staff at Roadchef (at McDonald's) they actually stepped up to help. Big love to...

Absolutely appalling customer services. Clearly did not want to serve me or listen to my order. The staff continued to talk to each other. When served my order which was then missing the syrup I asked for (as they weren't listening) the staff member was rude when asked if the syrup was in, requested I needed to pay for it as he hadn't charged me.
