Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

I am a regular costumer at Costa, I love the taste of the coffee that they serve, unfortunately I have never had a nice coffee from this branch, I love strong coffee and I always ask for extra shot , out of 10 times I might get the extra shot 5 times, and the tast is always horrible, I drink large Americans with extra shot always , the staff they put too much water in the cup and they end up not having enough space left for the coffee or the milk, so they will spill the coffee to get some space for the milk, the coffee is already been diluted in too much water, They spilled some of it to put some milk in the cup, About an hour ago, I have had a coffee which is the worst coffee I have tasted in my life, They really need to teach the staff how to...

Probably the worst Costa around!

If you want great parking, this is the place to go, but if you want extremely slow service where it takes 20 minutes to get your order of toast on a Sunday morning this is the place for you.

Combine this with a shortage of staff and no one taking responsibility or even apologising for the long waiting times apart from a slightly sarcastic smile and a shrug of the shoulders and I couldn’t care less attitude this is the Costa for you.

Everyone I spoke to whilst I was waiting complained of the issues regardless of what day of the week you visit. It’s a real shame but it’s a great location but is let. Down by poor leadership and staff who seem to show no customer...

Quick, friendly service. Consistently good, wide variety, quality products. Personally I would choose a Costa over any other coffee establishment, my favourite. When I did have an issue one time, they were quick to apologise and even offered me a free coffee. I didn't go in shouting or ranting, I just explained that i had found a piece of wooden stirrer in my coffee and nearly swallowed it (i had not used one myself, so not from me). They were assured me that they would check their cups and stirrers to make sure it didn't happen to anybody else and offered me a coffee on the house as a goodwill gesture/apology.
