Well Interesting costa staff. Ignorant Rude Order wrong and when spoke to the girl stating I wanted a take away cup not a cup the ignorant girl growled and slammed the take away cup down and said Thankyou with a growl I love Costa me best staff makes it all worth it in not revisiting

Probably my fault I usually buy a Caramel Macchiato from another place. Costa's Macchiato may look the same in the photos as the other place but it is strong and tiny. Lesson learned, go for a Caramel Latte, which I bought to replace the Macchiato, it was nice. I should...

Very busy Saturday in the holidays, was actually using McDonald's but the seating area is all the same. Four tables were reserved by McDonald's meaning some people were struggling to sit down. No one came to the reserved tables then they just removed them. Not very...
