Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

I work close by to this costa. I go in every so often, I have probably bought 3 coffees in a year since working in this location as they never have oat milk. Today I was told to go to Farnham common (which by the way is a fantastic costa with great service and an endless supply of oat milk) Stoke poges costa has terrible management and awful service by the team. There is a reason why we have coffee shops in different locations, the idea is to provide the same service across the country for convenience, not to send your customer to Farnham common for your convenience. Highly recommend this place. This is one of the best I have visited. The staff are friendly and helpful. We went here an hour before closing time. It was so nice to be served with our coffee in proper cups and have it brought to our table. Other branches could learn from this. The cafe is clean and tidy. The toilets are very clean and modern. Since we've discovered this Costa place awhile back this became our place where we spend time for our coffee morning date which mostly on a Friday. The staff were so friendly and excellent service. The place is clean and tidy. They've just started opening up for seating in options too under with government restrictions guidelines.
