This use to be a good coffee shop but as of late the customer service is terrible and the drinks are definitely not worth the price. They spend most the time talking to each other while serving customers so you have to repeat yourself repeatedly as they are not paying attention or even looking at you as they take your order. As for the drinks they are very expensive so I would expect at least a pretty decent drink. It's hit and miss, sometimes the frappes are watery and tasteless with missing ingredients. And as for the coffee it can be pretty good but it seems like they aren't always changing the coffee used as somedays it's bitter and sour which I can hardly drink the amount of drinks I've had to throw because they taste so vile is crazy. I do tell them but it seems like they ain't taking it in as it literally happens again the next day.
P.S probably gonna stop using and start making my own as this shop doesn't appreciate you...

She did take the time to offer me additional pastries to try and get more money out of me, so not sure why she "forgot" to ask about the app. Coffee I recieved was...

Service recently was pretty basic though, staff was kind enough, but when they made me a drink I did not like (for the record - I only took one sip of it), they wouldn't simply remake it and made me pay for another one. Not good and not...
