Disgusting staff bad attitude asked if the computer app was correct stating estate delivery time and she told me it's was wrong not 40 mins but 2 hours so I asked if still taking she said yes and hung up I placed the order gave my kids a snack as pizza was gonna be 2 hours then 40 min and knock at the door it the delivery guy I phoned to complain and speak to the manager I was put on hold for 2minns then got the same bad attitude member of staff telling me the manager was too busy to talk to me and nothing could be done as my order was correct but she didn't understand that due to her exaggerated 2 hours delivery time my kids had eaten and we're not hungry when the pizza came in 40 min basically she said tuff I asked for her name and she refused to give it with a very cocky aggressive attitude ! Wow just cos she has to work as I have done and many others on new years day don't take it out on the customers . It's ironic as last time I collected the pizza I complemented the manager on how well his team worked together but now my new years resolution will be don't ever goto dominos again kids are trying to eat cold pizza bless them but it's not right when snotty little uppity girl at dominos is the one to bla e for exaggerating the delivery time e she might as well have just said don't bother ordering we don't want your business or need it so that's fine I shall never go again . Snotty uppity girl said have to speak to the store manager tomorrow again no names give god what idiots. I hate poor service especially when I could have gone to a local pizza shop cheaper and much much better...
Read moreI’ve make an order on 25 October, but make wrong item,so I have to cancel the first one that I made I rang the shop told them that I need cancel the first one and make other one. Order number 366040678( I made by app. But was paid for 4 pizzas in one go, I don’t need 4 pizzas only need two. So have to cancel this one and make other order) They said that’s fine the money will be returned to my bank in 7 working days I kept rang the shop and been told the store manager will be in the shop on 19 November, and she said she will deal with it, tell me don’t worry it will sort in 5 working days Since today is 1st December I still not received my refund money for £39.98 I’ve always made order from this store before So good luck for the refund money from them Until today is 27 of December I still not get my refund back. I’ve been call the store every Friday after 7pm. Because the store manager is in , she always tell me she will look in to at least 1 month for it. And she always say she will email the head office to traces up And still not working and she don’t give me other options maybe tell me to gets four pizzas for free rather to gets refund Is not good enough for what they doing on my case I’ve been waiting this refund...
Read moreReally poor service. I’ve ordered from this Domino’s a couple of times before but on this occasion I found TWO hairs in my food; one long and one short so most possibly from 2 different members of staff.
The first hair was on the garlic bread and was the long one. I was not very happy about this, but understand these things can happen so removed the hair and checked for any more than carried on carefully... Unfortunately I discovered ANOTHER hair on one of the pizzas. At this point my partner rang the restaurant to complain/inform them. The girl who answered the call was really blasé considering what had just happened. She asked if we wanted fresh pizzas but seeing as we’d eaten over half and were slightly put off, we declined. She told us to email a complaint and provided an email address, but we’ve still not received any correspondence in return.
Makes you wonder how much of a regular occurrence this is judging by the unfazed reaction and lack of email response.
Will not be ordering from here again and if we don’t receive an email back, we will likely try to take further action via area management.
