Watch out, possible scam!! The food was okay, but the service was absolutely terrible. As someone who regularly orders food, I’ve never experienced such issues before.
I pre-ordered a pizza hours in advance, and it would not have arrived if I hadn't called the restaurant. After the pizza was already significantly delayed, I called the restaurant manager, who told me that the driver was busy.
After waiting even longer, I called again, and the manager then claimed they needed a number to process my order—something I was never informed of initially. They failed to contact me to request it, meaning I likely would never have received my order. The manager handled the situation in an uninterested and unprofessional manner.
I don’t expect this kind of behavior from both Dominos and UberEats.
Providing a number makes absolutely sense, but don’t let someone pay you money and then automatically not deliver the order. Trust the reviews before...
