Domino's Pizza - Hoo — Restaurant in England

Ordered a pizza tonight, an hour and five minutes after ordering and over thirty minutes of watching the pizza travel all around the peninsula I get a phone call from the delivery guy in completely the wrong carpark saying he is flashing a torch could I go out and find him. Frustrated by now I asked to return the order, nearly two hours after my initial ordering get a phone call saying some rubbish about dominos clauses that if they try to deliver it with X you won't get your money back. Should have listened to the countless terrible reviews and not lost £20 to a feeble poorly run outhouse of a business that gives no care to providing a decent customer service. Needless to say will never darken their doorway again and if my review turns at least 1 sensible person away I have fulfilled my reasons...

I think it is fair to say this was the worst takeaway we have ever had. The fact that Domino's Hoo forgot a third of the meal, it was that the delivery driver had lied and said there was another driver bringing my son's meal and would be a couple of minutes. This didn't happen and after speaking to the manager he could not of cared less, saying he would refund the cost of third meal, which we did not get. He said he can send it out again but the meal for us was ruined as a visiting son didn't have food. The point of this review is when you get your full delivery that you have paid for that's great, any problems , you will get no help from the manager as the money is all he cares about and he will offer you what you have already paid for. Needless to say we or our family will ever use...

The Staff member at the front desk who took my order in-store didn't seem very confident using the till.

I asked for less cheese but the message didn't seem to get across to the other staff members.

I had to ask the staff member at the front desk again for less cheese, he went over to the lady who had already put cheese on my pizza and told her.

I then watched her start taking the cheese off my pizza which was quite frustrating to see.

This is exactly why I like to come to the store, to watch my food being made. If I hadn't made sure, it would have been made wrong and became...
