Eastfield Pizza — Restaurant in England

I was on holiday with my son staying at blue dolphin in filey i ordered a meal for us from here had to collect from outside the park having paid for delivery as it was getting on when it was due to arrive.the man almost left half our food (that wasnt in a thermal bag to keep it warm) in his car when we opened it back in the caravan there were no drinks although the meal i ordered was meant to include 2 and half the order was wrong and cold. when i rang the shop the first time the lady was quite helpful said she would send driver back to collect the food and give me a refund but then he rang me and was very abusive calling me a liar saying i was playing them and that out of all the deliveries i was the only person to complain.this upset me alot so i rang the shop back to explain to them how the driver had just spoken to me and what he had said she said they werent collecting the food or giving a refund.so not only did we end up with nothing to eat but it put a dampener o ...

We are staying at ParkFields Cayton Holiday Park and were fed up with the food (and the cost) on site. We had, had a leaflet for this takeaway at our caravan door and thought we would give it a try. Whilst browsing the menu, there were lots of variety to choose from, and everything was reasonably priced. The young lady on the phone was friendly and polite whilst placing my order. It did take a while to be delivered, but I was confident it would be delivered as soon as they could and also considering that the takeaway shop was almost 2 miles away. When we received our order (straight to the caravan door), it was beautiful, and 2 of us couldn't eat it all. There were loads. I would highly recommend ordering...

Do not use if you want actual food. Ordered food for delivery for myself and my 2 kids. After an hour and 10 mins with no delivery, called up and was told that food was on its way. Called a further 20 mins later with still no delivery and was told that they were getting on with it now and that it was on its way. 2 hours after the initial call placing the order and again no delivery, was told that it would be another 20 mins so from start to finish would have been 2 hours and 20 mins (provided they actually delivered in said time)! In the end told them to cancel the order and went to have a mcds as kids were extremely hangry, which not surprising as by this time...
