The pizzas are first class, lovely base, with that crusty rim which personally for me is the hallmark of a well cooked pizza. Nice topping, particularly tasty was the 'garlic bread' version. Lots of tasty cheese, not too much garlic, and just a hint of rosemary. My margarita was well covered with topping, and not so smothered in cheese that the sauce was 'lost'. My fellow guests fungi and pepperoni and mushroom were similarly good. ( I mean who doesn't sample everyone else's choices.😘). Nice selection of reasonably priced none alcoholic drinks on offer too. A big car park, well off the road, but one can see that in summer this place would be heavin'. The nearby pair of highland cattle, and the sweet scent of good silage added to my enjoyment. So in summary: On a balmy summer evening I cannot imagine a more attractive supper alternative. No alcohol licence might be a negative point for some 'romantics', I'd be enquiring if I could bring my own bottle of red to complement my pizza. In terms of winter, or less clement weather I'd be getting a takeout to eat either at home infront of a log burner, or in a warm car in the beach carpark at Alnmouth. I'd also recommend ordering on line to avoid...

Really tasty pizzas with a nice balance of flavours – we had the pepperoni with a sweet tomato base and spicy pepperoni, plus a refreshing Limonata San Pellegrino. Seating is available both indoors and outdoors, with cover from the rain, and the quirky record player/DJ vibe made it feel upbeat and fun.

There’s a good car park and toilets, though signposting could be clearer. Staff were young and busy, and while service was friendly, a bit more communication about wait times would have helped for those waiting to order. Napkins on the tables would also be a welcome touch (cheesy pizza hands!) as well as ensuring all menu items are available (in our case, the veggie pizza).

Overall, a cool, family-friendly spot with great pizza – just a couple small tweaks would make the experience...

On a cycle trip from Newcastle to Edinburgh during COVID times, I stayed nearby and called ahead to ask if they would be able to provide a few pizzas 🍕 including something vegan for a friend cycling with me. Not only did the owner say yes, they even sourced vegan cheese especially for us (which at the time they didn't do) just so we could enjoy our pizzas!

When the pizzas came out of the oven, they looked, smelled and tasted amazing. Great value for such mastery.

My friends and I where very grateful to Embers for providing us with something to eat after such a long journey when everywhere else nearby was closed due to COVID.

Don't bother with Naples, head to Embleton if you want the best pizza experience in the...
